I have used Andals for many years about 20 – 25 and I have never got a mismarked pack or a bad cut always well scraped no bone dust and cut to your specs yes it has bone in some of the cuts but that’s suppose to be there I would bet if you wanted it boned out they would do that as well probably be an additional charge(would be if it was me anyway) I have tried most of if not all of the other butchers in the area and Snohomish cnty. as well and Andals is top of my list! I raise mostly pig but on occasion I will raise a steer But either species always come out good! Thank You Jack and rest of employees!

Ive been using Andals for the past 4 years because my Rancher only deals with them. In the past i noticed the customer service from the front office wasn’t great, but i didn’t care because the steaks were awesome. I had a few mismarked packages a couple times but that wasn’t a big deal. This year when i picked up my beef, i was charged for gourmet cut/wrap at .85 cents a lb!!! I haven’t changed my order, nor spoken with anyone from Andals since the first year I picked my beef up there. My order hasn’t changed, but the pricing sure has. Never in the past was i charged the gourmet price. I understand that it take more time to prepare, which is why the higher price. What i don’t like is that i wasn’t need charged that in the past. When i asked Kay(the front desk) about it, she actually SHRUGGEDHERSHOULDERSATME and blew me off(probably because my card was already processed). All i wanted was an explanation. I didn’t ask for a refund. I knew i was going to pay it because they provided the service. What terrible customer service this place has. If i had nothing better to do with my time I would stand out from and picket this place. Use this place if you like quality products and like to be treated like a quality piece of s***.

It was a long drive, but I really wanted a good smoked ham for a family party. I purchased a whole ham(17 lbs), because I’m not a fan of the spiral hams. It was very good, and the whole family loved it! I’m planing on driving back up at the end of the year to buy more meat for the holidays.

What a great place to work with!!! I’m a stay at home Mom with 2 little ones and they made the whole process of getting our steer butchered so pleasant and stress free. Not to mention Steve and Jack are just super nice, easy to get along with guys! I picked up our meat and its packaged great! Even got some dog bones for my doggies, which they will love. We are having them come out again in January to do a hog for us as well. Great family run business with great customer service and awesome pricing.

We went in together with other family members and bought a side of beef from ANDAL’S MEATCOMPANY. It was horribly packaged and marked wrong and the steaks were cut with huge bones in them. Packages marked pot roast would turn out to be prime rib uncut. Some of the meat was coarse and tough and some was juicey and tender. This place has gone down hill since the Father left his business to son or son’s.

It’s a journey to get to this place but it’s well worth the drive. The meats are fresh and taste amazing when cooked. My cousin stocked up on ribs and the person that helped us that day was really nice and helpful with what we were looking for. It’s a family owned establishment and I believe their meats are organic since the animals are farm raised. Overall, nice place to go to for fresh meat and the help is really nice.
