I ordered the shrimp and ribs with two «sides» and the calamari dinner that according to grub hub it came with french fries, coleslaw and cornbread. What i got was cold soggy shrimp, ribs that were under seasoned, mash potatoes that were bland and a whole plate of cold, soggy, frozen calamari the size of a penny; no fries, no coleslaw. Besides the fact that i waited two hours and a half for this delivery it was horrible from beginning to end ! The best part is that i wasted $ 40 on this disaster. Boooooooo !

Ordered here last night for dinner. I had the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich with avocado & turkey bacon while my girlfriend ordered a veggie burger along with a side of rice. Food was delicious, they make a mean chicken sandwich! I found it weird that despite me ordering a sandwich they decided to place it inside a burger bun instead of normal bread or whatever. Nonetheless the only turn off to this place & the reason I do not order from here often is the extremely long wait time for delivery. An hour long wait (mind you I live a mile away from them). The long delivery time is partly due to the fact that they choose to deliver to many cities across the county, arguably overwhelming their staff. Above all else I’ll order here again another time.

Overall bad experience. Came here for a quick takeout and was told after I paid that it would be 25 minutes, but fine, I figured at least it would be fresh. I specifically asked for sides recommendations and asked if the beans were made in house, which the cashier said they were. When my food came, the fried chicken was definitely freshly fried, but literally flavorless. The Mac and cheese was average, and the beans were 100% Campbell’s from a can. Friendly service but the food was just not good. Hope it gets better because I like to eat local.

One word: Yikes.
My boyfriend and I ordered pickup here recently and were sorely disappointed. We arrived 20 mins after calling as instructed, only to have to wait another 15 minutes for our food to be ready. It was all packed in white styrofoam boxes (cause F the environment right??) and wrapped in a bag that was tied at the top. We didn’t have any chance to check the order, as they were pretty busy on a late weekday night. And guess what, once we got home we realized the order was wrong!
My bf asked for the buffalo wings & shrimp combo, and instead we got a wings & ribs combo with 3 fried shrimp charged separately. Too bad we’re Jewish and don’t eat pork… So we call back to let them know about this major error and are left waiting on hold for almost 10 full minutes before they finally agree to bring us the remainder of our actual order. The girl on the phone kept trying to tell us we never ordered what we asked for and then told us the cooks needed to see the ribs for «proof» it was given it to us. What kind of BS is that? They SHOULD have offered to send out a brand new order of wings & shrimp, but instead they only brought the 6 wings and 1 shrimp we were gypped. Just terrible customer service all around, and clearly their phone girl was not listening during either of our calls because when she came to deliver the correct order 30 mins later, she went to the wrong apartment.
Like I said, yikes. It doesn’t even matter the food was good because the service completely ruined our experience. Never again.

This place is dope. I don’t know why the negative reviews. Wings are great. Ribs are good. I don’t see why anyone would give it a bad rating. It is pricey and delivery can take a while but the food and the service has been great.

Have to write a review to go against the bad hype here!
I used to live in Fleetwood but moved closer to Mt Vernon East station, but really wanted food and decided to go with this place since it was the only option besides Chinese and Pizza. I was a bit nervous due to reviews, but wanted to give it a shot anyway.
I really don’t get what was going on. They must have improved since these reviews because, as a first time orderer, my food came in 23 minutes. 23 MINUTES from placing the order. It’s a perfectly normal Sunday evening; I think they even close at 10pm. The driver was very nice, even went and rang my buzzer (considering I did put it as Apt 2… NO ONE rings the buzzer anymore!). I called the restaurant after because I ordered through Eat24 and didn’t realize I couldn’t write on a tip after. The girl was so nice and assured me the driver would get his tip (I didn’t want the dude thinking I stiffed him :)).
The food is exactly as it looks on the Eat24 site. This is one of the few places with detailed descriptions and pictures for 90% of their items. All sizes were reasonable or at least expected from what I saw of the pictures. The brownies are a HUGE 3×3 square (but kind of dry, like if it was made of cake mix. Would Pass on this). The only recommendation I’d make is to change the bread of the sandwiches (I got a BBQ chicken one). It’s a sesame seed hamburger bun, but like literally covered all over with the seeds. Not my favorite, but I also didn’t know that’s what it came on (it’s open-​faced in the pictures, but I see it now on Unilocal).

Food is good, everything we ordered was delicious. Problem was it took nearly 2 and a half hours. We used GrubHub and it said 60 minutes. After 75 minutes, I checked the website (not the app) and it said new orders would take 80 – 90 minutes. I called at this point and the woman that answered the phone said our food had already left. I know this is restaurantspeak for ‘it’s leaving shortly’ but seriously? Almost another hour on top of that? And spending $ 80 on top of it? Not worth it IMHO.
My fault for not checking here — a lot of good reviews that specify delivery wait time issues. Like others have said here, we’ll order again, the food is good but only if we can pick it up.

I cannot write a review of the food because it never arrived. We ordered delivery through Seamless at 7:05pm. We were promised delivery between 8:25 and 8:35. We received an email at 8:25 letting us know the food was on its way and would arrive between 8:40 and 8:50.
We called the restaurant at 9:15. They told us they would look into and call right back. They didn’t.
We called the restaurant at 9:45. After putting me on hold, they said they would try to figure out which driver had it and call me right back. They didn’t.
We never received the food. We never received a call from he restaurant. No apology, nothing.
From looking at other reviews, delivery apparently is a common problem. Food may be great, but that doesn’t matter if you never get it.

If I could give this place no stars, I WOULD! Despite the horrible reviews I decided to order anyway and give this place a try. Ordered my food through GrubHub at 8:30. It said there would be a wait of 2 hours and my food would be delivered around 10:30. It is now 10:50 and I decided to call to see where my food was at because I haven’t heard anything. I was told the order got lost and that they will work on my order. They said it would be another hour. This is ridiculous!
It’s now 11:51PM and the delivery driver called me saying he’s down stairs. He says there’s no parking and he wants me to come down and get the food. Clearly I ordered food for delivery because I didn’t want to leave the house. It is not my problem that there is no parking. Is it too hard to ask that people do their jobs correctly? Didn’t think food delivery was rocket science. Get it together!
Food: food was not bad. The chicken had a lot of bbq sauce on it so if you’re a sauce person you’ll ever love it. White Mac and cheese was great and so were the baked beans. Corn on the cob was good as well and the corn bread was great.
The baked potato is kind of hard as if this not fully cooked. Also they use nacho cheese instead of the real kind… Not a fan of the baked potato

Decided to order from this place again. After my experience last time, I had spoken to the manager Marcel and he told me if I ever ordered again to speak with him directly and he would make sure everything would be perfect. So when I ordered this time I asked to speak directly to Marcel. And sure enough Marcel made this experience a perfect one. He has great customer service skills and knows how to make an angry customer happy. My food was delicious and it came very quick! Great experience the second time around.

NEVER EVER ORDER WITH DELIVERY! I’ve ordered from here 4 times in 3 years. 2 out of 4 times I’ve had to cancel my order because of the terribly long delivery time. They always tell you the delivery time is at least an hour and a half (they should really tell you this the moment you tell them you want it delivered) but the delivery time is almost always 2 hours if not more. Oh and the girl who takes the orders is super rude as the cherry on top. Her nasty attitude combined with the long wait is reason enough not to order from this place.
As for the food: the ribs and corn bread are the only items worth ordering, should you dare to do so. Everything else is bland city.

Awful, Awful, Awful.
I had this food delivered. It took almost 2 hours. Granted it was snowing, but we are talking the Hudson Valley. Get your s**t together.
Then — Lets talk about the food.
My roommate and I ordered a finger chicken sandwich and an order of curly fries, an order of onion rings, and a corn on the cob.
None of the food was that tasty, after two hours it was all cold, the potatoes had gone from steam mush-​to cold mush-​to almost rubbery.
Chicken Sandwich – so they literally put on a bun 3 chicken tenders. Two of the three pieces were small. Next.
Curly fries – cold mushy and not very seasoned.
Onion rings – awful. They were just a lil bigger than Burger King’s onion rings and very rubbery. Gross after-​taste.
The corn on the cob– this was the WORST. See pics. For $ 3.95 you better give me a big corn on the cob, season it, butter it, and it better be good. No, it was one medium sized– no season– no flavor.
As a southern native, I can say this is without a doubt awful food. Save yourself two hours and money. The fact that they can even charge a delivery fee given all this. Pathetic! And the delivery guy was annoying and dumb as rocks. He was that type to call me when he got close — as if I am gonna go meet him on the curb or something? Then he couldn’t use an apartment keypad and bitched about the weather.

$ 13.88. THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY EIGHT CENTS for 2 wings, 1 thigh and a side salad.
STRIKE ONE, The prices for individual pieces of chicken are not listed on the menu, very difficult for me to decide if what I was ordering was a good value. Instead of giving me a total as I was ordering the employee insisted on me paying after the food was done so I was shocked when my total came up to almost 14 dollars. Way more than I wanted to spend for lunch.
STRIKE TWO, They are SLOW. I was told 10 – 15 mins and it turned out to be 21 mins. I was in a rush and really didn’t have 20 mins to spend in there.
strike 3 was avoided because the food was pretty good. But I don’t think I’ll be back. Their combos are a better value but they come with cornbread and other sides that don’t comply with my diet. They need to get a separate menu card so that they can disclose the prices for pieces of chicken because they way they do it now is unacceptable.
