I was trying to confirm that they have a rollaway bed, after seeing availability online. Lady on the front desk misheard the number of people, and then accused me of lying to her. We are family of 2 parents with 3 kids and usually stay in Best Western with 2 queen beds and a rollaway. The lady somehow summed this up to 7 people. Would not believe that it is 5, and kept assusing me of trying to fit 7 into a room. Then told me that she can not help me. When I asked her name, she hung up, and then would not pick up the phone anymore. The call was placed in the afternoon of June 5th2016, hopefully the management can find out who was working the front desk.

This is not your father’s Best Western! I haven’t stayed in a BW in probably 15 years. I usually stay in resorts or the Hilton/Double-tree. We went to the Skagit Valley for the tulip festival and decided to stay overnight and found a great deal on Priceline. The check in process was easy and the clerk Sandy was very cheerful and welcoming. They offer cookies under a glass dome. It is. 3 story hotel. The ceilings on the third floor were very tall and it had a wide hallway. The double queen room was very spacious and included a mini fridge and microwave. I really liked that they had the soap, shampoo, lotion, and shower gel in dispensers as it saves so much waste. It was clean. The next morning we had their hot breakfast which includes waffles, organic oatmeal, and made to order omelet station. Everyone working in the hotel was friendly and pleasant and it made for a very enjoyable stay.

We booked a hotel with a group, I actually booked a week after a deadline but they still honored the price. *1 for them. They came to clean the room on Saturday morning but we weren’t ready, they came back later and they moved the stuff off the bed and put it back in the same spot it was in. Which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but another hotel we stayed in, didn’t clean the bed because stuff was on the bed. So, yeah. *2. The *3 is because my daughter left her iPad and they called and told us about it. Which obviously they didn’t have to do. They could have stolen it. Haha. Overall, it was an alright stay. I just thought the price was a little high for a best western, even at our discounted group rate.

The hotel is clean but not did not appear to me to be a 3 ½ star rated hotel like Hotwire promised when I booked. I was a little disappointed when the secret hotel was revealed as a Best Western but was hopeful about the«plus» part. Unfortunately there was no reason to get my hopes up. There is no gym or pool but they give you passes to the health club next door, which we did not try out. The room was sufficient but needs updating along with the rest of the hotel. The free breakfast was pretty bad. The«hot breakfast» of powdered eggs and stale biscuits is something to steer clear of. Overall it isn’t bad but I would not pay almost a hundred dollars in the off season again.

Nicely remodeled inside. Anna at the front desk was wonderful! The room was comfortable and a good deal.

Nice alternative if Skagit Casino’s all booked, just a 10-min drive off the I-5. Last month, I was quoted $ 170/nite, includes WIFI, hot breakfast, outdoor pool and of course, free parking. Nice lobby area, with fireplace. ATM available right at the front. Safe area. close to the shopping @ Burlington Shoppes.

Now BWSkagit Valley Inn. Made reservations, got to hotel and a massive party of drunken men in the parking lot. Management said there was nothing they could do unless the partiers went past 10:00. Hotel employees were actually helping by lending table and chairs. I did not feel safe so canceled and went to different hotel.

I stayed at this location for my honeymoon and found the hotel very comfortable. The rooms were large and very welcoming. Each room had a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker of course and a really large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hotel offered a really good hot breakfast each day and hot cookies each day after 4PM. The hotel is centrally located for making day trips to Anacortes, Bellingham or Seattle. I recommend if you do stay at this location that you take a drive up the Chuckanut Highway to Bellingham.

This location was clean and had great service. They gave me a great rate for the area. Give them a try if you need a place to crash while in the area!

I have never seen hallways as large as the ones here. The rooms were also very spacious. We stayed here for my BFF’s pre-wedding fun. There was plenty of space for four girls and the breakfast was better than the one I had at the Best Western in Kitchener. The bed was OK. It got really hot in the room though so it made it hard for me to sleep. Make a note to turn on the AC if it’s summer time. Other than that, we enjoyed our night stay here. I believe the rest of the wedding party did too.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Best Western. Next to a Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt it doesn’t even get 1 star, but gets something like 37 next to a Motel 6. Rooms are nice enough, desk staff is helpful and friendly, beds are a little firm but they do have in-room WiFi and HBO. Was up and out too early to rate their free breakfast, but it’s tough to screw up at this level. Don’t expect the world, but definitely makes a good spot to lay your head.
