Worst Bob Evans we have ever been to! Terrible service, staff that were rude. Took over an hour to get our dinners and they were not that busy. Would not even send an enemy to this place!

Worst Bob Evans I’ve ever been to. Three visits spanning a couple years. Food quality and service is just waaaaaay below par for this restaurant chain. I grew up with Bob Evans and never pass up an opportunity to stop at one for breakfast… unless I’m in mount Vernon. It’s a shame and I can’t attribute it to anything other than poor mgmt.

It’s not that big of a problem but it bugs me…
I have recently started coming to Bob Evans to work on school work. The staff is friendly and the coffee is great. (Free Refills)
The problem that I have is it seems like every time I am here there is fly’s all over the place.

This Bob Evans opened in February so they are still working on getting the service and the preperation of the food up to par with more established locations. I got Lemon Chicken with broccoli and the broccoli was raw, not even steamed. I think the staff is not seasoned and they just need more experience under their belt. Good atmosphere, and can’t beat breakfast there.
