Drew is wonderful. He came out to inspect two homes for us. The first one we feel like we were saved when he found mold that the sellers wouldn’t fix. It would have been a money pit for us and his thoroughness definitely paid off. The second home that we had inspected, and eventually purchased — I wouldn’t have had anyone but Drew inspect. He has our full trust and I would recommend him to anyone looking.

My husband and I had Drew (referred to us by our Realtor) do an inspection for a house we were in escrow for. At the completion of the inspection it was pretty clear to both of us that we wouldn’t be continuing on with this property. Drew was polite, very knowledgeable, super thorough and professional. He ultimately helped us avoid a huge money pit! As if that wasn’t enough, he mentioned that we could simply use him as a «consultant» and avoid paying the full home inspection fee since if we were walking away from the house it would be unnecessary anyway. This saved us about $ 300! He could have just taken our money without mentioning that at all. Amazing customer service. We are using him again this Thursday for another home inspection because we were so impressed with him.
