We waited close to 20 minutes for a McFlurry.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich only to be told five minutes later they were out of chicken.
The staff did not seem trained to deal with 20 or so customers.
There was no trash can in the men’s bathroom and used paper towels were everywhere.
No.

Worst mc Donald’s ever, there was a dead fly floating in my tea. No idea why I lifted the lid but thank God I did. No fast food will ever get above a 3 with me rating it anyway, it’s food that is served to fill a void that’s it!

We had breakfast. The staff was very helpful and happy. The restaurant was clean and the food was really good. The coffee is hot!

It was packed when I stopped in here, but the staff were handling the mob like pros. Service was delivered quickly and with a smile. Restrooms were clean. Food was cooked perfectly and made the way me and my friends ordered it, substitutions and all. I’ve stopped at a million different McDonald’s on I-​44, and this is one of the best.

The restroom next door (a gas station) has clean restrooms and I would advise anyone passing through Mt. Vernon to use that one instead.

No playplace for kids but it does have great friendly service and good food. Clean store and would definitely stop again.

Typical McDonald’s. This one along I-​44 between Joplin and Springfield. No complaints but nothing special. Organized crew, clean restroom and easy to get back onto the highway.
