Awesome place. Sara is the best! She has really made this a great course and provides tips that really help you get over under and through obstacles as efficiently as possible. Definitley recommend if you want to improve your obstacle course racing. Love it! !!

Challenging but also fun course! The Trainer /​Owner Sara Knight is awesome, she encouraged me, motivated me, she knows her stuff! Only her 2nd year doing the competition races and she’s won Warrior Dash, 2nd in the Spartan race, 9th in World! That’s overall… girls and guys. You want to come here, that’s for sure, she will definitely help you be a winner too!
