Last Saturday I had a simple urine screen for job application. I saw people waiting for hours, and started to leave because could not wait any more. There was an older lady checked me in finally after 3 hours. When she put my information and try to print suddenly stated that this printer is not working. It takes another hour when finally I asked her colleague to help me and she printed it for me. Now I understood why this place is so slow and takes 4 hours for a simple test to be done. All other people were unhappy and they told never will come back here again.

This place is always PACKED and it takes a long time to get serviced. I don’t blame the staff. They are professional and do their best. I had a panic attack not long ago and they were so supportive.
QUEST needs to expand the office and hire more staff. I have never been to a lab where the wait is so long. As someone who has high anxiety over getting blood work, the wait only exacerbates the issue.
Now my insurance company demands all blood work done by quest.
If Quest is getting a deal with SWSCHP, why isn’t Quest doing more to improve its office?
