The people who were working the register really need some training in customer service. They were just nasty and went out of their way to make me feel bad about an issue with a card that I had no control over. I was really shocked. I love TJ Maxx, but I will go out of my way to avoid this particular location in the future. I’m sure there are other stores where they will treat you like a customer and not like an inconvenience.

This is my first time in a T.J. Maxx. My girlfriend always rave about finding good stuff here, so since I was in the area, I decided to give it a try. Another Marshalls, having to hunt for a good deal. But I guess that’s the name of the game for marked-down name brand goods. I did find some shoes I’m willing to wear in the rain and a black Ivanka Trump bag(I didn’t even know she branded bags, but who doesn’t nowadays, right?) LOL While on the checkout line, this chick was talking about another location which was much better because since they don’t take layaway(layaway? who does layaway? anyway…), you’ll find a better selection of good stuff readily at hand. At this location, all the good stuff is in the back on layaway(there’s that word again!) LOL I’ll try the other location just see if that’s true. It was an interesting visit, kind of messy store, but I give that to the location and/or people. All in all, it wasn’t the worst of worst.

This Tj Maxx is by far the worst as far as customer service goes. I shop at Tj Maxx and Homegoods stores 3 to 4 times a week, and I have never seen such lack of respect for customers, The staff here are ‘ghetto’ and the majority of them have nasty attitudes. No one greets you upon checkout, or even smiles. God forbid you ever want to ask a question or get a price check… you WILL get cursed out, as did I when I wanted a price on a shirt last week. HORRIBLE store, take the drive to the Cross County location in Yonkers, and save yourself the trouble.
