I have secured a nice size storage area here at Value. The representatives have shown me excellent customer service. I was satisfied over the phone and in person. Jenny and Maxine made me feel rite at home from the day I came in to inquire to the day I decided to rent a space. Jenny’s customer information for me was very accurate and I was satisfied with the speedy process to secure a unit. I would recommend this storage facility to friends, family and anyone interested in a great customer experience. Great promotional opportunities on-​line.

The storage facility and units are clean, bright, ventilated and well lighted. The staff is helpful, professional and supportive. However, the payment process must be improved! When trying to pay online, I have been unable to log in and as a result I have incurred late fees — on three large units! It is only when I call in to the office that I receive assistance. Recently, I went to the facility and my code did not work. Fortunately, this was during office hours and the young lady in the office was able to re-​set the code after several attempts. She apologized but this did not reduce the extra hourly cost I had to pay my mover! The outstanding staff and good facility deserve five stars but the payment process reduces my rating to three.
