I had to give one star or it would not let me review this. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! DRIVE 11 miles to the Shepherdsville location.

Omg if you are looking for fast food, do not come here. The word fast is no where in their vocabulary here. Service is horrible. The drive thru is always backed up. As long as it takes you to get your order you would think it would be right or at least fresh. This place is almost as bad as the one in Bardstown. At least there they get your order right.

A total disaster. If you like bad service this your place by far. You can order one thing and your order will still be wrong. Slow. The clock runs backward here. Go somewhere else. You could save time driving to another town to get your food. By the time you get back to mount Washington your food would be the same temp. Not hot or fresh. Many bad experiences at this place it still amazes me they can get it wrong every time.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Some piece of equipment is constantly broken. It’s either the shake machine, or they don’t have tea or coffee. They have about 50 people working there and they are all slow witted and could not care less about customers. I once waited at the drive thru window where you get your food for a solid 10 minutes, and all I ordered was a caramel machiatto and a strawberry shake.

The girl at the counter flat out ignored my elderly grandmother as she tried to correct the order she put in wrong. She blatantly ignored her talking with her friends who were not buying anything. We eventually got our order fixed and come to find out a corporate head was there weeding out the ones dragging down the restaurant. Needless to say both my order and her pink slip were sorted out.
