Use ANYONE else but this company. The little dwarfed, balding turtle that owns the place has a real way with speaking to his customers. Since when is «hon» an appropriate way to address a paying customer? Plus, this little man contradicted himself three different times when quoting us the price for retrieving our vehicle. And of course once calling him out on it, the only thing he could do was threaten to call the police.
Real stand up comedian, this little balding business owner is. Avoid this place like the plague, he wouldn’t even allow me to help the 70 year old gentleman who’s car he towed, change his flat tire. He stood there the entire time watching like little turtles do, clutching his phone. Pathetic!
