I have purchased 2 appliances here and both were damaged by the delivery guys. when they delivered the second appliance(a fridge) they called me out to see where the side was dented while it was still on the truck. We saved for 5 yrs for the fridge, got up at 5 am that morning cleaning out the old one and putting food in coolers etc. excieted to finally get the new fridge. When I went out to look at the dent(on the side of the fridge where it would show) .I decided to decline it. They called the owner and the owner offered me a 100 dollar discount for the dent or wait a week for another one .I choose to wait a week. The owner called back an hr later and said that he was not able to order me another one and wanted to refund my money and I said ok. I wont be back. Had I been the owner. I would have offered a discount toward another one or something Not even an apology from the owner. The delivery guys did say sorry. The same day I went to another store found the same fridge for a 100 bucks cheaper, a bit better quality too!!! It was delivered later in the afternoon… with no dents. so things happen for a reason.
