I finally have to resort to this, because AOL does not take my (or others) complaints seriously about this issue.
It has to do with putting REMINDERS on a CALENDAR event. Apparently they don’t have enough servers, because I keep getting a «server error» This has been going on for several years, and i have brought it up with AOL at least 6 times.
Currently to put a reminder on a calendar event i have to do it at 3 AM when others are not trying to compete with me. Otherwise I may have to try it 5 times or more before it’s accepted.
With all the resources at their disposal, you would think they could add enough servers to do the job. Or at least put the reminder requests on a queue to be fulfilled later. Are they just too CHEAP?
This is reminiscent of the ObamaCare hassle we has last fall…
