My grandfather recently passed away and I wanted to have a very special floral arrangement for his service. The mortuary recommended fleur de lis. I contacted them and they were so helpful. The floral arrangement was exactly what I requested and it was beautiful. I highly recommend Fleur de lis.

I will have flowers delivered from here any day, for any occasion! ! I have been burned by places that delivered the worst flowers I’ve ever seen as well as flowers that were in a cup instead of the actual bouquet that I ordered. So naturally I am always skeptical when having flowers delivered.
The customer service is outstanding. When I placed the online order, I also called the shop to follow up. I explained to Liz that this was for a very special occasion and requested they send me a picture before the bouquet went out. Liz didn’t even hesitate. She took my phone number and sent me a picture from her personal phone just to reassure me.
My friend called me shortly after to tell me how beautiful an amazing the flowers were!
Here’s the best part, when I saw the «live» version of the bouquet, several days later, I was blown away. It was even bigger and more beautiful in person!
This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I used Fleur De Lis for our wedding in September. We worked with Stella and she went over our expectations. She understood we were on a tight budget and worked with us to get simple, yet beautiful bouquets within our budget. She had some great ideas. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful the bouquets were.
We also got centerpieces for the tables at the reception — those were included in the reception price. However, Stella made sure the colors of the flowers in the centerpieces matched my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. Thank you, Stella!

This is far beyond our expectation. It’s the most beautiful orchid arrangement ever. Our co-​worker was in tears when she saw this arrangement. (Mission accomplished!!) Thank you Lis for all of your help!

I ordered 18 Gerbera Daisies for a conference. When I went to pick them up the staff (owners) were friendly. I asked if they could add some wire to the stems to ensure they lasted 3 days and they did just that.
They had a nice supply of bouquets available to purchase as a walk in costumer, which I did not find at several other florists I visited before choosing Fleur De Lis.

We had a death in the family and needed flowers for the casket. Mind you the funeral was on Friday morning and I called Wednesday evening so it was very last minute. Plus it was right before Mother’s day weekend so I’m sure they were busy. May was very professional and kind. She was also sensitive to my situation, which was nice since other florists I called were not. She put up with me calling a few times to ask questions. The price was very fair and the day of the funeral the flowers were beautiful and elegant. They were exactly what I wanted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The thought of this flower shop makes me sick. My husband ordered my Valentine’s flowers from here because they were nearby and guess what, they NEVER ARRIVED. Who has the audacity to do this?! They ruined my Valentine’s day. Seems to be an ongoing theme since they ruined other reviewers’ special days.
When he phoned to ask why, the woman rudely said because his credit card number did not go through, they tried to call the wrong number, and that there is nothing they can do. Are they kidding?!!
When I called to ask why, I got the same attitude, and her excuse changed (address), and she supposedly kept trying to call the number my husband provided, but it was the wrong number. THIS IS COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE CRAP.
There is nothing wrong with his credit card, and I am literally down the street from this piece of crap called a flower shop. In 8 years, this is the first time I did not get flowers delivered on Valentine’s day, and it’s all because of this sorry excuse for a florist. To top it off, they were RUDE!!!
My husband received a confirmation email. If there was truly a problem with his credit card,
1) Why did he receive a confirmation email (Order # 93 033)
2) Why didn’t they send a follow-​up email to let him know there was a problem? Because there was NO problem with his credit card!
THESE PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY CLEARLY REFUSED TO ADMIT THAT HIS ORDER SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS!!!
THERE IS NO EXCUSE.

For a friend’s Mardi Gras party, I wanted to bring flowers that are nicer than those you buy at the supermarket. I was having coffee across the street from Fleur De Lis and decided to check it out. I told the arrangers the amount I’d like to spend and gave them an idea of colors. I left the rest to them and they did an amazing job. It was a treat to see their creation and my friend loved it. It’s so nice to have such a lovely florist in my own neighborhood!

Came in at last minute to get flowers for a coworkers sick daughter. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but she asked my price range and was able to put together a beautiful bouquet in under 10 minutes, AND even gave me a military discount because I came in uniform. I’ll be back!

Fleur De Lis did the a phenomenal job on the flowers for my October 13, 2012 wedding. I worked with May who listened to my descriptions of how I wanted my bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, mothers’ corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. She would give me feedback on what would look better with the flowers I wanted (primarily irises :)) and was also open to any ideas I had. May even took time to experiment to see if what I wanted for the centerpieces would work (irises in a tall glass submerged in water) and sent me a picture to see if I liked how it turned out.
We met several times during my wedding planning process and would go over each element and what I was envisioning. Throughout all this, May was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
On the day of the wedding, Fleur De Lis delivered on everything and did an incredible job with the flowers. The bridesmaids bouquets were my favorite and were absolutely perfect — they incorporated light blue irises (in a shade I don’t really ever see at stores/​farmers’ markets) which complimented my bridesmaids’ blue dresses. The aisle arrangements were enormous and based on the size and quality of the flowers, looked like they cost at least double the amount they really were. The venue had actually put out the arch for our ceremony even though I didn’t say we were going to use it (and therefore did not ask May for any arch decorations), but the aisle arrangements were so beautiful that it wasn’t at all noticeable that the arch wasn’t decorated. Besides that, the centerpieces and other flowers were absolutely gorgeous and looked amazing at our venue. Everything was delivered on time and were ready to go by the time we got to the venue, which was great to not to have to worry about.
Fleur De Lis’ work far exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable given the other wedding florists’ I spoke to. The flowers ended up being some of my favorite details of the wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out.

I called yesterday to order a specific Orchid for a co-​wroker who was leaving our company after 12 years… asked for what I wanted, gave them my address, when I wanted it delivered (to me), and WOW did they deliver. It’s more beautiful than I imagined. It’s prettier than the website picture… and what a great job they did!!! I am truly impressed. They even emailed me the receipt within 30 minutes of our transaction yesterday. Thank you, Fleur De Lis, you made this perfect. Much appreciated!!!

Ordered condolence flowers for a friend who has just had a tragedy. The woman on the phone was rude and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. We specifically asked florist to leave flowers on the porch, and not to bother the recipient. The florist rang doorbell and wished friend «Happy Mother’s Day» in person – the opposite of what would have been appropriate. Very disappointed and will never use this service again. Thanks for ruining someone’s day.

An excellent local flower shop! I always order my boyfriend’s boutonnieres here. The employees are always friendly, the prices are very fair, and the flowers are always well made and beautiful! Best of all, if you give them a day you need the flowers by, they ALWAYS make sure it’s ready when you pick them up (down to the hour!). I highly recommend Fleur De Lis for their reliability and quality beautiful flowers!

May is the owner of the shop and she personally handles all the wedding flower arrangements and orders.
She is probably the sweetest and most kind vendor you will work with in your entire wedding planning process.
Her flowers are beautiful and she takes special care to pick the right ones on the day of.
She works within your budget so it’s always a relief to any bride.
I would highly recommend May as your florist for your wedding or every day florist for gifts. While I visited her shop for planning, several customers came in looking for bouquets and the flowers were always very supple and beautiful. Some of her flowers looked like they were on steroids, b/​c they were humongous!
I’m very happy with May’s work and will go to her for all my future flower needs!

Fleur de Lis did the flowers for my wedding. My bouquet was blue roses with sprigs of ivy, my husband also wore a blue rose with ivy. The ladies in waiting had lovely red anemones bouquets and the groomsmen had matching boutonnières. The ring bearer had a lovely wrist corsage (she was 9.) They also prepared corsages and boutonnières for the elder family members. The flowers were delivered promptly and they were beautiful. The cost was very affordable. May (the owner) is a very kind and gracious woman. I was very pleased with my experience at Fleur de Lis and would recommend them highly.

My mom ordered flowers online from Fleur De Lis for my birthday. (Being that she lives in Canada, it’s always a little difficult and expensive to send flowers). The flowers were delivered while I was at work, and luckily she had told my boyfriend about them so that we were expecting them because they left the flowers outside, unwrapped, on the ground. Now I realize that it’s California, and it’s not particularly cold, but had we not come home right after work the temps would have been dropping into the 30s and 40s. We live in an apartment complex with an office, and most florists will leave the flowers in the office. This was not enough to deserve the two star rating however.
Upon calling my mom to thank her for the flowers, she was shocked to learn that 1) she had paid $ 15 for the delivery person to drive or walk half a block, and 2) that there were only 3 gerberas in the bouquet when she had paid to upgrade to the deluxe bouquet (3 was for the standard size).
She tried to call the florist to complain, but the person who answered the phone said she had not worked that morning and so my mom needed to call a (1 – 800) number — I assume a head office. When she spoke to someone there, she was told that the office would consult with the flower designer and email her the next day. The next day they offered their resolution — they would refund her $ 10. Not exactly a gracious solution seeing that with the exchange rate, that $ 10 had originally cost her $ 12 and the refund would be worth $ 8.
At this point, I would have been willing to give a three star review because the flowers were still very lovely, however one died within three days of receiving them. I would have to say I would never use this florist again with so many others to choose from. And I recommended that my mom use Pro Flowers in the future.

I also had all of my flowers done here for my wedding after my sister in law recommended them (they did a wonderful job for her wedding as well). May (the florist) did such an excellent job with everything from my bouquet to the centerpieces. I showed her some pictures of bouquets I liked and she replicated them perfectly. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received, from the quality of the flowers to the delivery. The entire process went so smoothly. I highly recommend this shop. =)

They did my flowers for my wedding; the bouquets, boutonniers, centerpieces, head table centerpiece, headpiece for my flowergirl and her basket full of flowers (i didnt have her toss petals). They all turned out perfect.
Liz was the one who helped me and she was absolutely great!!!
Their prices were good and I couldn’t have been happier with the way all of the flowers turned out.
