Matt was terrific — we cracked an iPad mini case on vacation. He fixed it good as new and in record time. Plus, he’s a local business which we like to support.

Matt was fantastic in repairing my iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. His service has been fantastic and quick. We were able to figure out a time that worked well for both of us. If I ever have a problem with a screen I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him and iCracked again.

I recently dropped my iPhone and picked it up in horror to see that the screen had completely cracked. While the phone was still usable, there was no way I’d be able to live with the cracked screen until the next iPhone came out, so I called Matt from Jerome Technology Group. He was out to my house quickly, and had it completely fixed and looking good in about 25 minutes. In addition, he gave me a free non-​glare screen protector, and told me that when I upgrade my phone, he’ll buy it from me at a competitive price. Works for me! Thanks so much!

Matt of Jerome Technology Group was great! He fixed my cracked iPhone screen and helped me with both my old a new MacBooks! He was friendly and efficient, and explained all his work clearly. And to ensure the quality he did a series of tests to make sure I was happy with my service. I would highly recommend Jerome Technology Group for any tech services, especially for anything Apple from Macs to iPads to iPhones.

Jerome Technology Group is the best tech repair and instructors in mountain view for any mac product! When my mac book pro was dying, Matt saved it and it was really inexpensive. I really appreciated his enthusiasm and so I referred him to some of my friends who had cracked iPhones, and they also were really happy with how did not cost as much as the mac store. I would highly recommend him for mac «everything» and think he is way better than going to the mac store and waiting an hour.
