You have to be human being first then doctor.
I am sitting at urgent care Mountain view pamf. Ear plug broken in my right ear and causing pain. Doctor’s at urgent care tried to take it out but could not succeed.
They called ENT specialist Eugene Kim, he is the doctor on call today.
HE REFUSED TO COME. I think before doctor he need to be human being. How would you feel if your own family member in pain and same thing happen to them. Become human.
You get paid for your work. I am complaining about this incidence at PAMF and other places to get justice.

Over priced, uncaring and unprofessional!
I went to Dr. Kim for a consultation for my new born daughter. The appointment lasted less than 15 min. All he said was we cannot do any thing about it as she is too young. For these few minutes he charged us rediculously high fees (more than $ 300). When we tried to resolve the billing problem they were impolite and rude. It was a nighmare to deal with them. Please save your self time and peace of mind and do not go to him. He does not deserve a single star.

Dr. Eugene Kim is an ENT at PAMF in Mountain View. I went to see him recently for a terrible sinus infection that was not responding to antibiotics. He did a great job listening, talked me through the options, and seemed knowledgeable about the ear and sinuses. He is kind and caring and was accessible by phone when questions came up. He was also always on time. I had to see him more than once and speak with him on the phone a few times in order to resolve the infection and he was always prompt, thorough and attentive, I highly recommend him.
