Ludwig & Fawcett

A few years ago I moved to the Bay Area and I was looking for auto and renters’ insurance. I found this company on Unilocal a few years and man, those reviews are true. Dave Fawcett has been working hard to find out all possible discounts and provide the best deal.
He was always eager to answer any questions I had and he actually walked an extra suggested a few options I didn’t even knew were possible. This guy is definitely a pro!

I transferred my auto insurance to Ludwig & Fawcett about a year ago and have been very happy with their service! My agent is always available via phone or email which is a huge convienence for me as I’m always on my laptop. I’m currently in the market for business insurance and see myself as a «lifer» with Ludwig & Fawcett! =D

I’ve been with Ludwig & Fawcett since I got my license at age 16. 14 years later, and I’m still very satisfied, even more so after briefly (one year) opting to go with another carrier that L&F didn’t provide to save some money during a high premium year. They are friendly, efficient, responsive, go the extra effort to find the best deal for you or answer any questions you might have. It’s so much better than calling up some random claim adjuster at one of the many insurance agencies and being just another number. Note: I currently have home & auto policies through Mercury via Ludwig & Fawcett.

I was introduced to Ludwig & Fawcett by a friend and it’s been the best choice for insurance I’ve ever made. They are all super friendly and have always helped me out as soon as I needed it. Dave Fawcett has never been anything short of tremendous when it came to getting my car fixed after a freak sand storm one year, and after getting side swiped a couple of years later!
It’s as if they honestly care about your well being (strange concept nowadays) and they’ll do what they can to help you get back on the road. I’ve never had a reason to complain, and have always been more than happy with the level of service I’ve received. If you need insurance and would like someone you can talk to, face to face, and not online or have to over the phone, check this company out. You’ll be happy you did. Just be careful when you go in, you may find yourself hanging out, and talking to your insurance agent!

Our family has been using Ludwig and Fawcett for our insurance needs since the 1970s when bell bottoms were in style for the first time, and when Nixon was still in office (I think… ;)). There’s a reason why they are still here and flourishing, it’s because their pricing is still competitive with the online vendors, but they provide unparalleled personal service.
I don’t think it’s ever been more than 5 minutes before my agent called me back, if they weren’t there on my first call. They take everything into consideration, and can explain in detail, a lot of things that are otherwise very confusing.
I high recommend Ludwig and Fawcett for any insurance needs. You can always call them or drop in and get quotes or explanations, so there’s no reason at all not to talk with them.

They are a great company. Bill, Dave and Victoria are the most professional and down to earth people i have ever met. When i started my landscaping business, i couldn’t find anyone that could help me buy the insurance bond and liabilities. Thanks to bill, he was able to find a company for me within 2 days and i was able to secure a contract with a local government job.
