Middlefield Meadows

I lived at Middlefield Meadow (at Tyrella Ave) by renting condo as tenant. Later I bought my own condo not far away, at Cypress Point Lake HOA. I can now compare life in these two and I tell you Middlefield Meadow is better then Cypress Point Lake in Mountain View, CA. Board of directors at MM is more active to make convinient life for homeowners at MM. MM HOA Fee $ 360 is less than SPL HOA fee $ 428.
Also I liked that MM has laundry rooms located downstars, one per each 3 condos, 1 washer and 1 dryer, but CPL has laundry facilities one per many many condos, what is very inconvinient.
