A complete scam. Forget the $ 15 or $ 30 advertisement. The minute he shows up, the needs to charge $ 250 for a five minute job.

RIP OFF. The guy who came out was nice and all, but the company is a total scam. I asked several times for an estimate before sending someone out, but they are trained not to answer. They claim the locksmith needs to do the assessment. The charge is $ 30 for the visit, then they hit you with a $ 150+ service fee once he arrives. There is no assessment and the locksmith claims standard rates. Could take 30 sec or it could take longer. $ 180 for less than 20 min of work. This isn’t even a Mtn view business. They do mass social media postings to make themselves appear local. DO NOT TRUST
