I would strongly advise against using them. The business is operated by Anthony Contento and it is also known as «Complete Property Services», «Handyman Property Services», and «$ 25/​hr Handyman».
The advertised price of $ 25/​hour is misleading and dishonest. The actual cost runs much higher because they grossly overstate the number of hours required to complete a job, far exceeding the actual time spent on site. To give you a few examples, they charge $ 300 labor (the equivalent of 12 hours) to patch a few sections of drywall no larger than 20 sq ft in area; $ 50 labor (2 hours) for caulking no more than 20 feet of baseboards, and over $ 600 labor (24 hours) for painting a very small bedroom.
The quality of the work is poor and when I pointed at the numerous gaps and imperfections in trims and walls, they had the audacity of blame myself for being picky and asked me to pay even more to correct these issues. It felt utterly ridiculous.

Anthony Contento is totally unreliable and does a poor job. He does not return phone calls. I am writing this review after months of trying to schedule a time for him to come back and finish his work. I have managed to reach him twice but he just says he needs to check his schedule and will get back to me later in the week.
His rate is dishonest. He advertises $ 25/​hour but charges a flat fee for most handyman services (bathroom fan, chandelier, …) and he charged us more than double this for the amount of time he was at our house. He decided to tack on 20% to the estimate he provided only 1 hour earlier.
The quality of his work is poor. He lost one of the parts he sent me out to buy and then told me I needed to buy another one. Only after I told him I expected him to replace this part, did he agree to. He has yet to live up to his word and I don’t expect he will.
There are many handymen in the Bay Area. Please do your research. We used him only because two others I called were booked a couple weeks out. I should have been more leery when he was available within a few hours.
