Very expensive for the area. Amenities are not kept to standards. Also, they take excessive amounts from the deposit. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my time at this complex.

I used to live in a 1BR here. The apartment is spacious, and the price is pretty reasonable comparing with other apartment communities in the area. Pros: 1. Management responds to my request immediately. Tiffany is very friendly and hard-working. 2. The maintenance guy is very responsive. My refrigerator was broken during the weekend, he came in and replaced it in an hour, which was really impressive. 3. Location is great with Whole Foods market, Trader Jones, Walmart, etc. nearby. Cons: 1. Paper-thin walls. Especially if you live downstairs, you could hear every single step from your upstair neighbor. Some units face the visitor parking, and could be noisy sometimes. The building is very old, so prepare for things not working well. 2. Charged a lot when moving out. I made the unit very clean when moving out, yet they charged me 400 – 500 for cleaning + painting(total is 670 and I need to pay 250, seriously, 670 for a painting 1BR?). Even though they mailed all these receipts to me, I think the charge was higher than I wound expect. In a word, you get what you pay for. I would suggest renting a top-floor unit that doesn’t face any parking structure.

Not happy with the fact that after only a week into the apartment, they start giving us a notice for pest control day and will be spraying the kitchen and we need to be out for almost 6 hours. Maybe I’m just frustrated because we just moved in and everything is still a mess except for the kitchen(we started organizing this first).
