While our stay here was fairly short, my mother and I enjoyed the service we received here. The location was fairly convenient and the prices were cheaper than the other storage locations in Mountain View. Ed and his wife were always polite and helpful and offered a few pointers on local real estate market. Good experience overall, thanks.

The managers Ed & Jenny are wonderful, and they even called us one day when we didn’t get our lock on our door correctly! They are both upbeat and friendly, and at our request, found us a unit on the second floor with no outside walls. This was important because we were storing a lot of vintage books and clothes! The unit stayed dry and it was easy to get stuff in/​out of. All in all, no complaints. We highly recommend this Public Storage.

The manager, Ed, is fantastic. He’s such a friendly and warm person. If you’ve been to a public storage before, this one isn’t much different. The facility is a bit of a maze inside, but the kind staff really set this location apart.

This is a simple and clean storage facility. Ed is really helpful and nice. He knows that moving is stressful and tries to make it easy. Another unit renter showed up when I was unloading and Ed knew him by name and was very friendly and warm. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Ed and Jenny were so helpful and sweet to my boyfriend and I, as it was our first time renting a storage unit. My boyfriend and I were on a budget and thought that a smaller unit was enough to store all of our items. However when we arrived, Ed and Jenny told us that they were having a huge sale that month because they were getting ready for the onslaught of summer moves with families and students from Stanford University. With the sale, we were able to upgrade to a much bigger unit, and boy did we need it. I don’t know how my boyfriend did it, but things were stacked to the ceiling and all the way to the door– it would have been horrible to have moved everything in to find out that we needed a bigger space, but thanks to Ed and Jenny we were able to finish moving in one long day. Thanks guys, keep up the amazing work! You guys make an awesome team: D

I Hate moving ! Especially moving out. Being the first time using a storage unit I did not know what to expect. I am glad to say that renting a unit at this facility was the easiest aspect of moving. Jenny one of the owners was very nice and helpful whenever I had any questions and even remembered my name when I came in to move out several months later. The unit rented was clean and easily accessible near one of the elevators. The carts made hauling my stuff from the truck to the unit a piece of cake, I was tempted to borrow them to move my stuff out of my apartment ;)

Both Jenny and Bob were absolutely wonderful to work with, they explained the system and patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I had a unit I felt comfortable with.

Renter beware of Public Storage’s unethical marketing tactics. I moved into a unit 2 months earlier than i really need it to take advantage of a labor day special offering me 50% off the monthly rate for 12 months. Five months into the lease they raised my rate up 33% from $ 266 to $ 352. Sure I can move out but at what cost? It’s a shame because the property managers are very sweet people but they bought a franchise from a very unethical company. Don’t fall for the bait-​and-​switch.
