I admire Steve the man as well as the trainer. Most of the time I go to Steve when I’m feeling great and ready to work out. I’ve also learned to go when my heart hurts, when I’m in physical pain or or emotionally drained. Steve acknowledges these issues before the work out begins and the adapts to the needs as he sees fit. Every single time that I leave the facility I feel so much better, emotionally and physically, and look forward to the next session. The most valuable information Steve has instilled in me is the need to strengthen my core on a daily basis and get my heart rate up at least 4 times a week. Steve Saxe is a highly knowledgable trainer who has a proven track record in producing health and fitness to his clients. It doesn’t matter if you are a weekend warrior, elite athlete or have never lifted a weight in your life because Steve knows how to tailor each workout to the needs of each individual & produce fast results. If you are looking to get fit and healthy in 2009 at a facility with a fun atmosphere, excellent equipment and an awesome trainer, then give Saxe training a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I know Steve from Evolution Trainers in Mountain View — while we don’t train together at the gym, I thought it was pretty cool that he had designed a web tool that goes hand in hand with his training — plusyou can use it at home! It’s great to have a program to follow when I’m away from the gym, with familiar exercises and equipment, complete with pictures. I also like watching Steve train — his clients look like Navy seals — always with cool new exercises. He definitely keeps it fresh and if I didn’t already love my trainer, I’d give him a try :)
