PARKING: is limited because the lot is small and shared with other businesses in a small plaza. Plus some spots are designated for certain businesses like for 7 – 11. Some street parking too but might have to parallel park unfortunately depending how busy it is. Worst case there’s a sign that says you can park across the street at the movie theater and walk back across the street. SEATING: ample outside seating and a cool rock stature on the corner with bench seating too. Wifi available like at all locations. Overall your run of the mill Starbucks. Wish the parking was bigger.

This is the Starbucks closest to my office(that I don’t have to go to every day). It is often a stop on the way to get caffeinated or grab a quick treat. The parking here can be tough. The lot has a lot of designated spots for the other businesses in the complex, which I completely understand, but it offers fewer options for those trying to grab coffee. Service is always quick and friendly. I rarely have had to stand more than 2 or 3 deep in line– which is unusual for Starbucks– particularly one is a non-business heavy area.

I think this location is okay, because there is slightly faster wifi than at other Starbuck’s stores. However, whenever I order something that isn’t tea here, I’ll regret it.

Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper + cups left all over the tables + barely warm enough latte = meh. At least the patio with the couches provides a pretty nice atmosphere.

This is a really nice Starbucks. Conveniently located just off the 101, plenty of parking, friendly baristas, and lots of seating.

Most of my mornings when I need a quicker picker-upper I come to this location on my way to work. Service isn’t too bad, but I’ve had an unpleasant experience with them. I placed my order for a bagel and a frap. I got the bagel but didn’t get my drink while the people after me got theirs. I had to tell them that I didn’t get my drink and told them what it was. I usually don’t complain much about it when they’re a bit slow making drinks, but customers that ordered after me got theirs before I got mine is just not fair. In the end, they did make my drink so it was fine. I was almost late to work but hopefully, the next time I go in it wouldn’t be like that again.

I always come here in the morning for my Starbucks. The issue I have is really more with the location the parking is really difficult and in the morning although they’re trying the staff is a bit overwhelmed. I never come here expecting to have anyone chipper and happy but more or less someone pounding out coffeefor the masses.

The first Starbucks I came across after getting on the 880 to the 101. Thank you for being on my way to the Shoreline Amp. Much needed. Thank you.

For being so close to Google campus, this Starbucks has a few things to learn about efficiency and accuracy. Some of the Baristas are great, very friendly and make drinks to standard, correctly. Others don’t know how to make a Starbucks Double Shot properly(in a shaker), or that a caramel Frappuccino without whipped cream still includes caramel sauce on top(per the recipe). The difference is in the details, something Starbucks usually excels at. The patio is nice, lots of tables with umbrellas and the store is located in the same plaza as 7 – 11, which is convenient for morning pitstops. This location is fairly well maintained, clean floors and has a well stocked pastry display case. With a little more focus on accuracy to drink standards, and keeping beverage bar flow on point, this store would be a 4⁄5.

This Starbucks is located on the corner of Pear Ave and Shoreline Blvd. Noticeable is the outdoor area. The store also has large community tables indoors. The layout is inviting with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Parking isn’t a problem — you’ll find it easily on either the street or the strip mall’s parking lot.

Sloooooooooooowwwwww service! plus the guy helping me kept walking away as I was trying to give him the specifics on how i want my frap! btw…our fraps didnt turn out to be any good! In fact it was the worst one ever made from any starbucks! It was pretty much like a milkshake consistency. Signage says Hiring Starbucks Store Managers and this one could really use one!

Stopped here on my way out of town. The entire store was being manned by on young gentleman who remained calm and polite under pressure(the store was busy) and managed to give friendly service and not make anyone wait too long for drinks. I think anyone who works alone in a Starbucks shop and still makes great drinks without being slow and giving great customer service deserves a shout out. Too bad his name is no where on my receipt. But our visit was Sunday 6⁄22 at 9am !!

Reasons why I enjoy this Starbucks: –reliable wifi from Google(most Starbucks have horrible wifi!) –plenty of seating, including a really nice outdoor/patio area –plenty of outlets The drinks are standard Starbuck fare here. Service is pretty fast. Parking can get weird when it’s crowded, but usually there is plenty of street parking available if the lot is full.

This is an airy Starbucks with high ceilings and lots of outdoor seating, right across from the computer history museum. They served me my spinach feta cheese wrap in a plate which is always a plus, and my Pike’s Place was freshly brewed. I even had a celebrity sighting — a self-driving Google car pulled up and parked right next to mine, but in retrospect, I shouldn’t have been surprised given how close this SBUX is to the Googleplex! Another advantage is this location has special Google Starbucks wifi, which is faster than any other location I’ve been in! On the downside, there is only one unisex bathroom and it wasn’t very clean. And the parking lot is crowded with a 7 – 11 right next door — some spots said ‘7−11 parking only’ but not sure if this is enforced.

The staff here was nice. I got my drink really quickly. The interior is nothing special, just like all the rest of the Starbucks. The back door area is kind of awkward(a bit narrow) but nothing too crazy. There is also parking here.

I stop by this place after running with runmates on Stevens creek trail. In the morning, sometimes chairs and tables are locked and can’t use them on the patio. They should be available.
