What a great experience with AJ. Not only a master engineer but he help produce the songs he heard for the first time that day. Great sounds come out of his room. He has the room dialed in like a master! What a great day!

Any studio that can successfully accommodate an entire cast of a teenage musical deserves 5 stars.
As the music director for A Theatre Near U’s 2015 production of ‘Twas Brillig, an original musical, I stumbled across The Cave on Unilocal as an option for recording an original cast album. AJ was quick to respond and we quickly scheduled times to record.
Through all the several long and hard recording sessions that we went through, AJ never ceased to be anything but an amazing help. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what you need, and knows how to get what you need. When we lacked the budget to have him do editing, he was gracious enough to donate over an hour of his time to teach me how to use Avid Pro Tools to work the tracks.
He helped us champion 12 tracks of three winds, one keyboardist, one bassist, one drummer, and nearly 20 vocalists. Musical styles ranged from baroque to swing to rock to rap.
The Cave is a highly recommended place to get your recording stuff done. Really.

This Studio is the Best Deal in town, I have done Demos there for years and love this place. Angelo is a great Engineer and has the tallent to fix some of the stuff you may not like and make the best you can do just a bit better. Not a swanky upscale place, just feels like home and the Price is the best I have come across in the Bay Area by Far.

I love recording at the cave and Angelo Rossi the owner is a musician, business owner, recording artist, producer, music enthusiast and performer. He understands the music business from every possible angle and he puts and incredible amount of heart and passion in every project he is a part of.
