Kristina is not only a fantastic trainer, but she is also a very understanding one. Don’t be fooled though. She knows every excuse in the book. She invests a good portion of her time and energy into making sure you get a quality workout that eventually will lead to long term results. You will not be disappointed!

I spend around 8 hours a day sitting in front of a computer. Whenever I would get up, I could feel my bones creak. I would constantly shift in my chair to find comfortable positions to no avail, and end up twisting and contorting my body for hours on end. After work, I am also an avid runner. I’ve been hearing my ankles creak whenever I would roll them. I knew I needed to do something soon, in order to continue my training along with just improve my overall posture and health. Upon my first session with Kristina, I instantly felt at ease. I found out I could not touch my toes(something which everybody should be able to do), and within a few minutes of working with her, I could touch my toes, with no pain whatsoever. I was instantly intruigued with this new type of training. She also is very good at suggesting exercises to ease my running pain, and solved the problem with my ankles. I feel like with this type of training I run easier, faster, and lighter. It is also very important to find a trainer who you feel comfortable with, and with her, I feel like I’ve found a friend. Her demeanor is always friendly, and what’s best is that she always is flexible in scheduling a time that works with my schedule. I look forward to being able to stretch and bend as I did as a youth, as well as improving my running times.
