I’ve been to Tangles a couple of times and have always left with a decent hair cut, but this last time I was rushed out the door and didn’t get what I wanted and just left feeling really bummed. The people are nice and the salon is nice. Probably won’t be back though.

I went here for the first time for a cut and my stylist was Mercy. The inside of the salon is very nice. Upon entering, the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. When you get a haircut, you get a shampoo, cut, and full blowout. Mercy did a great job with all three. My hair felt and looked amazing after. For my first visit I had 20% off any product. They are a redken salon. I chose one of the products Mercy used on my hair. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly enjoyed myself. Professionally run, high quality salon with competitive pricing. I will be staying with this salon and Mercy as my stylist.

A great salon with an awesome atmosphere. There is a feeling of teamwork among the staff. Everyone appears to get along which lends itself to a great environment to be apart of. Promise has worked with me for a few years now and she does a great job. She listens to what I want and offers opinions. I always rebook with her.

A great salon with a really modern feel. I love the distressed brick wall on the inside. The staff is courteous and so so sweet. Every time I go in, I leave feeling very taken care of. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of service that you receive. When you go, ask for Georgia. She attentive and never starts a service without a consultation. She even ends with how she would like to proceed on the next visit. I always end up prebooking because I know this girl is a rock star and I want to make sure I get my cut done!

I have been going to Tangles in Mt. Juliet for about 4 months now ad really look forward to going into this business. My stylist, Missy is an excellent stylist. I have not been once when she didn’t listen to what I wanted to have done, and I think this business needs more recognition. They are busy and rightfully so, they are a great business, so it seems only right that it would be hard to get an appointment, just keep trying. I prefer to have one stylist and not jump from place to place, so if you have patience and a flexible schedule they will work to keep you as a client also. Go visit Missy and tell her I sent ya!
