I had to replace my charging port on my Galaxy S4, my insurance was up, of course and Sprint wanted to charge me almost $ 100. This place replaced it for half the price, super quick, I was told about an hour, it was about 30 mins. Phone works great now, it actually charges again. I hope I never have phone issues again, but if I do I know where I’m going.

Great service. Daryl fixed my broken iPhone screen. Work was done well and completed in the promised timeframe. 90 day warranty. And they have their own parking lot! Nice for that section of Mt Lebanon. Nice place. Would go there again and endorse them

This is the the best cell phone/​ipad repair shop I’ve ever been to! The customer service was incredible and my broken iphone and ipad were fixed like new very quickly. I’m never going to a different repair shop again.

I had taken my sons old 3ds here to see what they could do, if anything, to fix it. Needless to say, the dang thing was completely shot from water damage. However, the associate was more then kind and did what he could. I will definitely come back again… I hope I won’t have to, but I can trust these folks for sure.

They replaced my hard drive in my Mac Book Pro and replaced my battery in my old iPod photo. Great service and fair prices. I will be back if I ever need a repair.

This place was fast, easy to get to, and easy to work with. The coupon was a bonus! Hopefully I won’t need another screen anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back for sure.

These guys were great! I dropped my phone off and they fixed it. It took longer than they said it would have but with the Unilocal deal it made it totally worth it. I defiantly recommend this to everyone who needs a new screen!

There’s nothing like breaking your iPhone screen shortly before you need to leave for the airport to get on a cross-​country flight. Happily, these folks fixed it in 10 minutes and with perfect results and friendly service.
Highly recommended! Still, I hope I never have to use them again. :-)

Wow. These guys are great! Poured a jumbo coffee on the keyboard of Macbook Pro. No backup data, computer shut off. They managed to dry it out at lightening speed. I was able to get what I needed off the computer. High fives for the customer service.

Absolutely wonderful service! Came right in and Crystal said she could take care of my broken screen in 30 – 45 minutes. I grabbed my book and she had it done in about 20 minutes, good as new. Everything was tested thoroughly before and after as well. She even gave me the discount I found on Unilocal without any hassle. Highly recommend this place!

I came here after I broke my iPhone screen and then broke my phone further trying to fix it myself with a $ 5 kit I got online. They were very helpful and quick, and I got my phone all fixed up for a fair price. I actually think the new screen they installed is better than the original. I didn’t want to go to apple or Verizon and have them try to talk me into a new phone or another contract. And the folks here were not pushy at all about my repair. I would definitely return here if I need another device fixed!

I dropped my iphone and cracked the screen so was looking for a place to replace the glass. Found this place on Unilocal and made an appointment online to come in today after work. I waited about 30 minutes for them to fix the screen and am really happy with the results. The screen feels like it’s good quality, the service was great, and it was reasonably priced (about $ 90). you can also use the discount off Unilocal!
I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them.

My Samsung phone would not charge nor hold a charge. Many online told of the same problem with this type of phone. Took my phone into UbreakIfix on a Sunday afternoon. They said they had seen many problems with the phones charge port. It would take about 30 minutes to replace. 30 minutes and $ 50 later my phone is back in great working order. Charges promptly and holds the charge.
Can’t ask for anything more!

I brought my Nexus 7 to the South Hills location with a cracked screen. After a longish wait, due to them already waiting on one customer, and giving them the full range of options despite being badgered over the costs, they look my Nexus and looked it over and told me that the glass and display unit were indeed broken, and quoted me a price of $ 120 total, $ 80 for the display unit and $ 40 for labor. I did a bit of research online, and their prices are reasonable, although I wound up opting for just replacing the unit entirely as I was able to do so for only $ 20 or so more after rebate.
My impression of them was good. Based on what they had advertised at the store, I think they’re largely an iPhone repair place; anything involving other products required ordering in parts.

My son’s iPhone 5 was draining battery badly, and God knows today’s generation cannot function in society without Instagram. The screen was also badly cracked due to an unknown phenomenon called «Noidea», that seems to randomly strike expensive electronics. At the time, we were still a few months away from any Apple hints of a new iPhone release, so I offered my son a most difficult choice: SCREEN or BATTERY… there was no both. After a few hours of his doleful pleas and mind wrangling over this parental torture, he sheepishly chose BATTERY.
Because this phone would be replaced in less than six months, I was very happy to find a less expensive alternative to the Apple Store. Add in the Unilocal Deal, and I almost felt guilty not offering him «both». Alas, a valuable lesson would be learned here, so I kept my gob shut.
The helpful clerk explained the options, and even assured me that the battery could be replaced despite the cracked screen. We drove off expecting a few hours wait time, but got a call (on my non-​spiderwebbed iPhone) in only about 35 minutes. So, we picked it up, and my son was once again able to lean his head down and be entertained by all the glories of the interwebnets.
Excellent service and repair job. His phone is like new… except for the splintered screen caused by the Noidea virus. Thanks for not selling me out on the discount!

While on vacation in PA, I dropped my phone and broke the screen. The guys at uBreakiFix repaired my iPhone in about 30 minutes and it is as good as new! I really appreciated the great customer service — both on the phone and in person.

My wife had a Blackberry which well, didn’t go well with all the cooking in kitchen. In a span of few months I took the phone twice here. The first time they got it working again however on the second occasion it was beyond redemption.
So what’s the catch? Why this review?
They didn’t charge me ever. Reason being they didn’t spend on any parts or substantial efforts the first time and well phone was useless the second time. Pretty reasonable. No rip off.
