A place I felt very comfortable going to. I spent multiple hours here with my mother choosing glasses the first time. Lanny was great. Went back to check on my glasses coating which had worn or been scratched off. Decided to wait on getting new lenses to price check in my home city for ease of pick up and drop off as well as timing. Ended up calling back to get more information regarding pricing and types of coating. I was friendly on the phone though not as articulate as I would have liked. Ended up talking to two people, the first one gave me incorrect information and the second one was rude, impatient, and practically shouted at me over the phone. I won’t go back even if they are priced more economically.

I’ve shopped at Pearl Vision in Mt Pleasant several times over the last few years and always had a great experience. They have a large selection of frames and sunglasses and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pattie has helped me several times and Lani helped me recently when I needed to have a pair of glasses repaired. I only needed one lense replaced and they completed the repair in an hour and ended up replacing both lenses but just charged me for the one. Thanks for always going the extra mile and I’ll be back the next time I need to buy new glasses!
