This company is in my opinion the most professional I’ve seen. They were respectful enough to put shoe covers on when entering, and kept me informed all throughout the installation process, true professionals who take good care and pride in their work. Definitely recommend.

This company was very professional from start to finish. Called and they really went out of there way to get out to our home that day since we had no hot water. The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful! (even put on booties over his shoes without us asking him too). Would recommend to all.

Fortunately I was able to receive a full refund on a service I was unsatisfied with. The owner and family in which operates this business is highly respecful, kind, and most of all professional. They kindly informed me that the technician they sent was new and was not fully trained. It gave me comfort to know they cared about the customers satisfaction and were willing to do whatever it took to prove they were a good business. Based off customer relations alone I would give them 5 stars. However it would be tough to give them a perfect review without proper repair service yet but I am highly optimistic they wouldn’t make the same mistake twice and would consider hiring them again. Definitely a legitimate business with growth and potential, and again peace of mind that it’s a family owned business that actually cares about their customers. Being said, I wouldnt mind recommending innovative solutions to anyone in the Westchester area especially if you do not trust shoddy service from independent contractors.

couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the very knowledgeable very friendly technician. He arrived during the quoted times and the repair went promptly. The house cooled down quickly and the unit is running like new. Thank you!

I found Innovative Air Solutions to be a highly professional organization. They were able to do a job for us that was a little complicated and that other comapnies said would be too difficult to do.
The salesman that we dealt with was Greg and he was great. Very personable and responsive. The work was well done and they cleaned up afterwards.
Also, when they arrived to do the work, they saw my baby and asked when naptime was so they didn’t wake him up with banging. That was just so nice and shows that they care.
They only issue that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was the issue with the town permit. They didn’t tell us up-​front that the town would require a permit for the work we were doing, and there was a rather high permit fee that we didn’t expect. We didn’t know about they fee until after we had given them a deposit for the work. (I’m actually not sure Innovative knew about the permit fee, but still). Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have been informed about this before we signed up to do the work.
Overall, I would reccommend this company.
