My experience was great. I am delayed in sharing my review and was prompted to do so when I was coming up with cleaning company referrals for a friend in the Seattle area. I immediately thought of Jamie who did a fantastic job. Quality of the job was great and I had high expectations as this was my move-​out clean to hand over to a tenant. I had a long list and in the time offered he got through more than other companies have in the past. There was a s glitch with locating my home but that is as close to a negative remark I have to share regarding Jamie. Lastly, I felt the price was very fair. This is sometimes a «splurge» service but it can be done for a reasonable amount. Give this company a chance. You may be hooked. If I were still local, I would utilize Jamie again.

This is BY FAR the WORST cleaning service I have ever received! DO NOT hire these people unless you want to deal with a HUGE headache!
First off the «owner» showed up an hour late to our apartment.
Secondly they left our stairs completely unvaccumed, our mirrors had splash marks all over them and they place looked no where near what an apartment should look like after it was just professionally cleaned.
There was a slightly sticky residue left on our fridge from a whiteboard that could have been easily removed with goo be gone but our cleaner decided it was best to scrub the door which is stainless steel leaving HUGE scratch marks on the door. So now our apartment is charging us $ 212 for the door that this cleaning service ruined.
The owner claimed they had to stay for a longer period of time because of to clean our fireplace which my roommate specifically told him to IGNORE.
The owner refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and claimed that someone must have come in and used our bathroom in the middle of the night (assuming they were there until midnight like they «said») and left water marks on the mirror (not very likely) and on top of that he was rude, abrasive and hung up on us when we tried to talk to him about remedying the issue.
DO NOT use this cleaning service, you will be very sorry you did!
