We really appreciated Mike & Lani’s work in selling our condo. They were very professional, timely, and detail oriented. Our first property sales experience went extremely smoothly, more so than we had even hoped for, and this was due to the great work Lani and Mike did. We were very impressed with the timeliness of the listing turnaround (following our first visit and entering into the broker agreement). We appreciate how knowledgeable and well organized they were. Beyond excellent I dont know what word describes their services. They are both sincere, and straightforward people, very honest and trustworthy. I feel only they could have gotten us our home with such good closing terms. Their knowledge by far is superb and they are a great team. They truly have their clients needs prioritized and they actually happen to be nice people too. Mike and Lani West did a fantastic job in listing and marketing and selling my home in such a short time. They were able to give me peace of mind, through what can sometimes be a difficult process. We would recommend Mike and Lani to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From our first meeting, my wife and I were impressed with their knowledge of the local market and felt like they always had our best interest in mind.
We were looking for a very specific piece of property after selling our family-​sized home and looking towards retirement. This was difficult in a market that at the time had very few homes on the market. Patiently they showed us house after house until we got a call from Lani saying «I found your house»! She was right– later that evening we were the excited owners of the house we had been looking for.
From the beginning to the final handing over of the keys, Mike and Lani were there to offer professional advice and treated us as if we were their only clients.
