After one of their canvassers stopping by our home this morning, only to go on about how much work our property needs I am just left feeling insulted. Rude when politely told no work was needed. Not impressed.

This year at Kla Ha Ya days in Snohomish we stopped by their booth. We talked to them and liked one of the products that they had shown at the event. We scheduled an appointment time for today at 5:00. We were going to discuss location and get an estimate. They called 10 minutes till our appointment to reschedule. Are you kidding me 10 min before… I respect your time but I see you do not respect my time. This is why I would not recommend working with this company.

So it started out great. Now they have been showing up late and only for a few hours at a time. We keep getting he run around for when the project will will be completed. We’ll see how the rest is handled.
After a little rocky start, they have been now been in constant communication and have gone above what I would normally expect in regards to communication. Our project is looking fantastic. I will upload pictures soon. We are doing new fence, pavers and windows. I would recommend them to my clients.
