Tony came out and fixed a leak and a bad jet pump. Very impressive the way he diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, came out and quickly fixed the issues.

Tom is right on his review. Really unbelievable overcharge… do not believe the high ratings. Mukilteo — who knew that? He charged 460 $ for roughly 1.5 hours of labor only. What? He’s a surgeon? No breakdown — no justification. Wife did not ask how much for labor before hiring– focused on the parts which we got from mfg to save $ -, and then he must be trying to make up his margins. We have had parts replaced before for $ 100 — that person was on vacation so we went with him — never again! Dude was not personable either — acted like I worked for HIM. and didn’t fix one key item that he had discussed with wife. Hanging tube — supposed to serve a function obviously — he told ME to plug it up with something so it didn’t leak, it obviously needs to attach to something… really…

I just had Puget Sound Spas come out and diagnose /​fix my pool /​spa heater problem. Turned out to be a bad temperature reading part.
Tony is very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem, ordered the part, returned and installed it quickly.
Pricing is very fair and service /​communication was outstanding.
Will definitely use this service again.

Tony has serviced our hot tub several times in the past 13 years. He is responsive, prompt, fair and always gets the job done properly. What else do you need to hear?

Tony came, looked at our pool heater (which had broken numerous times before), and repaired it, for less than Aquaquip wanted TO COME LOOK AT IT, and it has been working perfectly ever since. If that doesn’t say it all, I don’t know what does.
Not sure how to categorize his services, which is frustrating — he’s not a pool cleaner, it’s more like pool repair, but I don’t see that as an option?
Anyhow, would definitely recommend Puget Sound Spas over Aquaqup any day of the week.
