Oh how I miss this regularly! I used this stand all the time when I lived in Mukilteo… now it’s a treat. The coffee is good, he girls are friendly and the regular baristas are fast! Love them!

A year ago I’d have given Whidbey Coffee 5+ stars. It has been my go-to coffee stop for a long, long, long time. Within the last year they seem to be cutting a few too many corners. Staff is still great at least. The main issue is they are short filling cups. If you open up a mocha(no whip) there’s a plenty of room for more steamed milk or some at least some more foam. My husbands last 20oz felt about as heavy as a 16oz.

On Sunday, OCT26 around 1300 – 1400 the woman working at the stand treated me boyfriend very rudely. I am upset at this as she clearly treated my boyfriend with indifference and very rudely. We went through the drive-through. I did not appreciate this at all, especially since this was our first trip to the island. We won’t be coming back. Thank-you. P. S. The coffee was not very hot

I would have expected better customer service from Starbucks. On 9÷5÷14 saturday morning, I was greeted at the drive thru with a hi, how are you, but before I could answer I had the drive thru person with their back to me. They turned to tell me my total and within not even a minute again had her back turned to me talking with her employee from another store about what time they close. I had to get her attention to give her money. She then turned her back to me again. I had to get her attention to get a receipt. She still had her back turned. Why try to be cordial if you don’t even wait for a response. That bad try for customer service is a reason I won’t ever go back for salted carmel mocha and breakfast sandwich. So not worth the $ 9. I felt like I wasn’t even welcomed. I will definitely not waste my time or money on bad customer service here again. It’s too bad, I pass by here everyday. If your going to ignore the customer, at least close the drive thru window when talking with your staff instead of the people at the window having to look at your back more than your face thru one transaction instead of not even acknowledging a customerweight them getting your attention. Go work in the back room, you have proven you have no customer service skills.

Very nice drive through coffee hut. Coffee was very good, lots of fresh backed goods(muffins, scones, flat muffins), lady was friendly and helpful. Blueberry scone was large, and tasted more like a cake than a standard scone. Maybe too much baking soda(?), but I like that they prepare their own pastries instead of selling the same brand sweets as all the other coffee huts do. They share a large parking lot with the hardware store, so you can find a spot to drink your coffee without being in the way.

The girls are always very sweet and the pastries are always delicious! Any MUK people who live in the area that haven’t enjoyed this please do.

Everett seems to be devoid of good coffee, so I often just opt for Starbucks. But I decided to give Whidbey Coffee a whirl since they are drive-thru and are right by my office. Meh. Super cute and homey upon driving up, but the drinks I got were not that great. I went with a nonfat hot chocolate that tasted like chemicals… and my friend’s soy chai was too sweet. I was too scared to try the pastries, which sit outside the drive-thru window(but are covered). The girl at the counter was super sweet, though, so props for that! Guess I’ll still be hittin’ Starbucks…

Went here today for the last time. Rather surly young woman at the window when I asked to have cream I could put in my coffee myself, rather than them. Well, they don’t have creamer in small containers but she could put some cream in a little cup and give to me. OK. Wanted dark roast coffee of the day. They don’t have that. They only have one kind, a medium blend. OK, whatever. Got the coffees and the cream and it was $ 4.00 let’s call it. Drove to Haborview Park to enjoy my coffee and watch the water. Well…I open my 16 oz coffee to find, maybe, 8 oz. of coffee in the thing. Almost HALF was nothing… I presume so I can put in 8 oz. of cream? Ish — I don’t think so. Husband complained that the coffee tasted like it was the bottom of the last barrell. And it certainly was not hot. Will NEVER go here again. There are better places around, heck, even Starbucks down the road is better than this.

Really, really good coffee. My favorite is the frozen mocha with a little caramel sauce. Good service. Nice little coffee stand and great place to stop in if you are already at Ace Hardware.

I’ve been on a mocha jag lately and of all the places I’ve hit, the drive-thru Whidbey Coffee on the Mukilteo Speedway has the very best. It was the perfect mix of coffee and chocolate — not too coffee-y like Starbucks and not too chocolaty like most other places. Nope, just right. Only Tully’s dark chocolate mocha(so good) has given it a run. And the day that I stopped there, all 16 ounce drinks were only $ 2.50, so it also turned out to be one of the cheapest mochas I’ve purchased. And the service was quick and friendly.
