I’m so confused. This companys website states they refinish hardwood floors, repair damage, wet sand, dry sand, It even states they repair water damage. I left a message about my needs and never heard back. Today I called and Jim answered. He told me they don’t fix scratches and such on wood floors. They just clean them and coat them. What? How would they repair water damage then? I don’t have water damaged, but I do have some scratches on my wood floor, who doesn’t? I only have about 75 square feet of wood floor to refinish, so maybe my job just wasn’t big enough for them. Its a shame because I need a full kitchen worth of oak cabinets refinished too, as well as some doors, but wanted to try these guys out on my floor to see how they did. Jim sounded nice enough, but sadly I won’t be hiring him and his company for my house full of work. Deceptive advertising, or deceptive company, either way not truthful.
