Loved this place. Heather gave me a wonderful Swedish massage. The place is very clean and comfortable. I visit family near East Troy and it’s nice to know I’ll have a great massage place when visiting!

Wendy got my 10 point neck and upper back pain reduced to practically nothing. They had a special for buy 7 get 2 free and normally I wouldn’t commit but with these results — I jumped in happily. Spa is nicely decorated and the cinnamon tea is really good. But pain relief is the greatest treat of all. Go see Wendy!

I used to go for a massage on a regular basis. Then my therapist left the spa. I called and had a massage therapist by the name of Wendy who has been there pretty long. I scheduled it early morning 9 ish, so she would not be worn out yet. It was a lousy massage, not even close to how my other therapist gave a Swedish massage. It was like she was just putting lotion on my skin hardly any massage. So very disappointing I never went back. I hate to spend that kind of money for someone just to rub lotion on me. Its unfortunate that they are not taught how to give a Swedish massage. The girl that left knew how to do it, it’s really not that difficult. Lots of money to spend on people who are either too lazy or not properly trained.

I received a massage and pedicure during my visit to woodhouse spa in Mukwonago. The massage was just okay. The pedicure was among the worst I’ve ever had. It was not at all relaxing, probably because the pedicurist was chatting with another client the whole time, and it was done VERY lazily. Shortly after getting my pedicure, I realized I had gotten a fungus from this place. Now 8 months later I am still battling with the fungus. Obviously they aren’t practicing cleanliness and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have been getting pedicures on a regular basis for 10 years and I have NEVER gotten a fungus until coming here. Potential pedicure customers of the woodhouse in Mukwonago, beware.

OVERPRICED, disorganized, both mine and my friends robes were stained with makeup and DIRTY, spa was missing door handles, looked as if the handle was ripped off and never replaced! Seriously?! The women’s lockers are 3 feet from the bathroom door. If your In front of your locker getting your belongings, and the bathroom door is opened or closed, you get the door right in your back. The layout is bizarre and not comfortable when you are trying to get ready. Close quarters and no sign on the main ladies door even saying it was the ladies changing room, the ladies changing room door was positioned open so anyone could walk in. WIERD! I felt uncomfortable and my belongings unsafe in the«locker». Aside from all this the room I was in for my service was not a relaxing place, I could hear EVERYTHING the other workers and customers were saying, walking back and fourth LOUDLY, there was a crash of glasses that were obviously dropped and the strip mall that it’s located in is RIGHTNEXT to TRAINTRACKS! So I also heard a train rumble by! The gal who performed my service didn’t tell me what products she used on me, and when I asked the check out girl at the front she had no idea. And would not check for me because«she is already in service with another customer». They sell the products but those too are OVERPRICED. Nice follow up to marketing your products for an after sale! I will not give this place a star, I had to give them one to post this review, have an ACTUAL great spa experience and drive out to Pewaukee, Spargo OR Neroli these REAL SPAs are SUCH a better RELAXING, PROFESSIONAL experience and worth your well earned$$$.

Ok, I still had $ left on my gift card and I wanted to be fair and honest. I went this time for a the spa signature pedicure. Expensive, but it was worth it. I went just a couple of days ago. Moving up to 3 stars and if it weren’t for the hot rocks it would be 4 stars for me. This time they led me to the locker and relaxation room, very nice touch, rather than pointing or assuming as in my last visit. Technician was professional and personable. It was kind of an upscale 80 min pedi. I deserved it darn it and you do too! The massage and scrub were great and I could have fallen asleep. :) I was relaxed the whole time. Very nice experience, very nice color that hasn’t chipped yet! I would definitely return for a pedicure when I want to spoil myself but since it’s quite pricey, I will continue to go to Gloss as well(my favorite so far!) One more good thing is that you can schedule online and they promptly call you back whether they have an appt on your requested date or not. I got in the same day both times. I would definitely give as a gift or go with a friend. Oh but I would advise against any of the hot stone treatments, it’s not worth it and could actually be quite displeasing. The Negative, can’t help it. Hot Stones they use for this pedi and they were way too hot again. I’m not kidding, as I said in the other review, I’ve had stone treatments before. I said right away this time, didn’t suffer. They cool off pretty quick. The bad thing was is that the tech did say the«rocks were empty and I had to get some in and heat quickly» Yeah, not a good practice. I think they have to work on their services with hot rocks, they could actually burn someone and again no special techniques used to use the rocks for massage anyway as with a good hot stone massage.
