Milk Creek Mercantile

I made an order from Milk Creek Mercantile for a writing desk. I never received it. When I contacted them by phone, I was told they were out of stock and I asked if they could just send me some other supplies I needed instead. I was told no problem. Never received any merchandise, no refund, and they quit answering their phone. Terrible business.

Amended review. Bought fatigue jacket and pants from Milk Creek. Wonderful. Received quickly this time. The quality on these items are very high and there appears to be some hand stitching around the button holes even. I will purchase from Milk Creek again for sure. The sizes were accurate. Thank you.

I contacted Milk Creek Mercantile to see if they could do a rush order on a coat for my son, who is a Civil War Reenactor. He needed it for a reenactment that was 2 weeks away. Milk Creek Mercantile said that they could make the coat, ship it to him to arrive within the 2 week period.
By the time I got the measurements in to them it was less than 2 weeks but they still got us the coat within 1 week of ordering and they didn’t charge me a rush fee. I was amazed that they were able to complete the order in such a short amount of time given the fact that the coat had to be custom made. I should also point out that the coat was beautiful and the price was very reasonable.
I will definitely be shopping from them again!!!

Terrible customer service and virtually no communication. Quality of products are decent, though. Ordered some musket parts on 11/​21, had to open a Paypal claim against them and got my money back on ¹²⁄₂₁. NO communication from then at all. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this business.
