I have wasted my time. Years ago we order from Mr. Rice Mullica Hill. My father bit into his fork of rice and bit something really hard. We examined it and it was a dirty white button. Needless to say we found a different restaurant to eat at after they were being very difficult with us. today me and my girlfriend decided to give them a second chance, only this time it was not a little hard white button, it was a cockroach leg, inside of my girlfriends rice. I immediately put my food down and returned it. I WILLNEVEREATHEREAGAIN…

Surprised they are in business still with Mandarin opening 5 minutes down the road. Mr. Rice is a super dingy pizza shop feeling Chinese place. Mediocre food at best. Big plus that they deliver though since Mandarin does not(besides SJ Food 2 U).

That is it. This is the final time I order from Mr Rice. It time and time again is horrible. I know it’s my fault I kept going back. But there’s limited choices here in this part of South Jersey. So disappointed once again. How do you ruin an egg roll?

The prices are cheaper than the other local Chinese restaurant, but the food is just terrible. I’ve tried this place a few times, definitely the last. Low quality, on the level with McDonalds type fast food… yuch.

When I was here before the war and epidemic, it was 2010. They have good house special fried rice that compliments salmon. I would eat here again.

When I moved to the area over 9yrs ago, I was told the best Chinese spot was Mr. Rice. I am now passing my recommendation on to others. Best take-out Chinese I have ever had. Hands down!

Totally serviceable. I pulled in and ordered dinner to eat in, which I assume is the least common order-type they face. I had the spicy shredded szechuan pork, and it was relatively tasty. There was an unfortunate pepper-to-pork ratio, but not out of whack that I couldn’t enjoy the meal. My girlfriend ordered a classic beef and broccoli, and it was pretty darn delicious. Of all the random Chinese restaurants I’ve tasted, this was certainly one of the better beef&broc offerings. Prices were right in the ballpark of what I expected, and the speed was also acceptable(not amazing). I will say I assume their delivery is relatively quick, because I saw multiple delivery men literally sprinting to and through the restaurant from their cars.

Average quality Chinese food. Food is ready quickly, and I have received very friendly service. Friend did get an octopus tentacle in her Chicken & Broccoli though.

This is a typical fast food Chinese food restaurant, mostly all take out business and the food quality is below par but right in line with fast food Chinese.

This has been my go-to Chinese food for years now. The people who work there are the nicest and the food is always done quickly. Sometimes I get confused about what the menu items/combos are but they’re also friendly when I need clarification. The food great too!

I always feel weird reviewing fast food places or places that have a wide variety of items, because they offer so much and it feels weird to slam a place because their chicken fingers were terrible, when the rest of their offerings might be awesome, or vice versa. So, with that said, Mr. Rice had decent BBQ Spareribs. About the actual store, it was a little dirty on the inside for me. A group was leaving as I came in, and they left their table a MESS, and no one cleaned it the whole time I was there. The table across from me was covered in crumbs and a few pieces of rice, and the table I actually ate at had a box of fortune cookies on it. That’s not to say the kitchen is dirty; I actually watched the cook wash her hands after handling money, but the dining room was most certainly a mess. My food came on an actual, proper plate, and was brought to me, which always throws me at places like this; like, is it waiter service? Do I need to tip now? They have a vast menu, full of your typical Chinese fare, and they have decent lunch specials. My boneless spareribs, with rice and choice of soup/soda was $ 5.75. I’d recommend taking it to go.
