Chick-fil-A

Best place to eat. But prices are kinda high… I guess the food makes up for the prices at times. Sometimes you get way less than what you would expect. Sometimes my chicken tenders are dark dark brown and not light brown…

Having lived in Virgina Beach, VA and South Carolina I came to find Chick-​fil-​A as one of my greatest comfort foods. Now living in Hawai’i I don’t get to indulge anymore, but it is one of my first stops when spending time in the US Mainland and I see one. Usually spend about two — three visits to Chick-​fil-​A on every vacation in an area that services them.
Last trip, not so much. Both Chick-fil-A’s no longer serve cole slaw with their meals (which I was told I was outdated for liking coleslaw… go figure), fries were soggy, and overall the staff was a little too busy having fun and not getting orders out. This is my first review for 1 start, but had to make it.
What happened to the good old southern hospitality of Chick-​fil-​A and why the need to get rid of the classic sides?

Muncie, IN (on McGalliard Rd): The chain claims to have originated the first Chicken sandwich!
Just under $ 8 for a Grilled Chicken Salad that was on the small side was not a good value, according to hubby. On the other hand, the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, with lettuce and tomatoes (I requested no American cheese) was delicious and fairly priced at under $ 4. The Waffle fries could’ve been more crispy. The house-​baked Chocolate Chip cookie was served warm and although a bit sweet, was yummy!
Service was quick, and very friendly. Their pretty restrooms includes a mouthwash dispenser! Hubby was very disappointed with the quantity of salad for the cost and would not return to fill his gluten free needs. I forgot to specifically ask for a lettuce wrapped chicken fillet but they do offer that option, which hubby cares not for. I would return again as the chicken has been moist and tender on each of the two occasions that I have eaten at a Chick-​fil-​A.

The are a 1^st Class EATERIE !!! Love their chicken sandwich, or nuggets. Their soups & salads are great, & LEMONADE is made from squeezed LEMONS here in the store. The staff are class folks, very cordial, clean, educated, +++ !!!

I always enjoy Chick-​Fil-​A but in the last 2 days, I have visited this location for lunch. The food was just as good as I have seen in all the other locations. The thing that got my attention that was extraordinary about this location is that I had 2 different order takers this week and both were more than friendly, they made me feel welcome and excited to serve.
There are many great restaurants in the are but I certainly recommend this one because of the great food and outstanding customer service.

Why 5 stars for a chain? This store is particularly well-​run – clean, efficient, and the staff is friendly.

For a fast food restaurant, you can bet they are tight, but a little pricy for some decent food. Their staff seems well mannered and charismatic. They will take the time to bring you the food also. I simply think this establishment needs some changes in price and variety.

Move over KFC there’s a new Chicken in town. Their chicken sandwiches make KFC look like McDonald. Hamburger places should stick to serving beef. Their milkshakes are great also.

The food is standard Chick-​fil-​A stuff (which means it’s yummy), but I wanted to give a special shoutout to the training here. This place is new, but the staff had everything under control, delivering prompt, courteous service both at the ordering counter and out in the dining room.
Our food was delivered quickly, and employees kept coming by to see if we needed anything, like a drink refill. When they noticed we were finished (but were still sitting and chatting), they offered to throw away our trash and, yet again, offered us more refills.
