Hiatt Printing

Great quality printing, not a single complaint there. I have printed 3 jobs there and they completed all of them quickly and for a fair price. But the owner seems very pretentious. He always acts like its a burden to help a customer.
The first job I took to him was a 5×7 print that I need 150 copies of. I brought the files as PDFs, properly formatted, with all the necessary marks and bleeds. The owner proceeded to complain because I hadn’t laid it out with two copies on each page. They advertise themselves as a full service print shop and that they have graphic designers on staff. A full service print shop should have no problem ganging two prints together but I was treated like it was some terrible burden.
I like their work but I don’t like doing business with people that talk down to their customers.
