Jiffy Lube

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. They’re always really courteous and fast. They couldn’t replace my lightbulb. I bought the Groupon and they had no idea how to use. The Groupon included Aquapel or tire rotation. I wanted to do the Aquapel but they said Jiffy Lube stopped doing it two years ago but I had the service done 3 months ago at a different location. They made me drive my own car into the garage which I thought was dangerous with the open floor in the garage. They didn’t even greet me, well they did by just saying «Oil change?». At least the service was fast… I guess.

This place was great! As a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I always feel nervous going into a repair shop. I made call to a mechanic friend who gave me his opinion, so I had an idea what the issue was. I called multiple places before I went to Jiffy Lube and decided on them because they’ll take a look at your car and tell you what’s wrong at no charge. I called Sparks and they wanted $ 50 just to look at it and said that to fix the problem would be $ 60.
The guys at Jiffy Lube are pretty quiet but they’re nice. The man that worked on my truck took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me tips on how to make sure I don’t run into the same problem again. They fixed the problem and even checked out my tires and fluids for free. My friend was right, and it was a quick fix that only cost me $ 6.50 total!
I was treated with respect, and they did not try to take advantage of me like Sparks did. I’ll definitely go back.
