I recently had a «check engine» light come on my Sorento. Had to take it to a dealer due to the nature of the code. I e-mailed two(2) dealers in Indy asking for information on getting service set up. I called Muncie Kia – set up an appointment for a Saturday morning and was in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service by everyone that I dealt with – the young lady in the service area that scheduled my appointment(and was there checking in people) was great to work with – very personable and knowledgeable. I haven’t bought anything here, but am sure I will give them a look when I am ready for another – service says a lot about the company in general.
