Lowe’s of Muncie

I contracted Lowe’s to build a small deck on my mothers home. Jerry, my sales person was very responsive and patient with me. I wanted to get other quotes because I naturally assumed Lowes would be the most expensive. Much to my surprise they weren’t. Jerry quoted me a fair, competitive price for the work to be done. The job was contracted out to J. Morrows Construction. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Michael who led the construction crew. He communicated with me consistently and showed great interest in trying to make sure that he was meeting my expectations even though this was not a large-​scale job.
The deck is beautiful. It seems well constructed, and work was completed in a very timely fashion. I was not able to be there at completion, so my mother had to do the final inspection and she said they did clean up and removed debris. Thank you Michael. You represent Morrow construction well.

It’s Lowe’s. It’s a big chain and you know what it is if you’re planning on going.
Why the 4 stars? This store is very well kept, and the staff is very helpful — whether you’re looking for something, need a board cut, or need paint mixed, they will be johnny on the spot.
