We ordered one stuffed crust pizza to share for our table and an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were a bit hard, but that seems to be normal for pizza hut. We watched other bigger groups come in, get their food, and begin to eat before we were informed our pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. We also witnessed a worker talk to a table for thirty plus minutes. It said on the menu our pizza would be 10 plus a 2 dollar upcharge for stuffed crust. Somehow with our promise of a discount for our wait, the pizza alone was 19 dollars. Our server was very nice, just not backed by a speedy staff.

Had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. Ordered two pizzas. Went to pick up my pizzas and was told that the card machine wasn’t working. Ok. Not something within your control I understand but you get every ounce of information from me aside from my blood type and could have called me to let me know. My bank is down Mcgalliard Rd on a busy Friday evening. 20 minute round trip later I return hoping that there would be an apology or even acknowledge that my pizza will now be cold. I get home with my pizza… and it was not completely cooked. I get pizza here often. I’m not sure with the other pizza options that I will be back in the future.

Called in an order for a few pizzas (stuffed crust) walked over early to get them and got a chance to watch a manager named Nikki in action, she ran her crew like a well oiled clock, training new people while taking care of customers all the while talking to every person in the crew while on her way thru kitchen… pleasure watching such caring individual taking care of my meal. Thanks Nikki, boss of all boss’s, pizza was ¹⁰⁄₁₀
