Five Stars because this CARPET CLEANER rocks! From my first phone call, a local female AT THE MUNCIE OFFICE answered the phone and SHE WAS NICE & offered me their best deals, which were inexpensive! It’s a huge national company with incredible equipment built right in the trucks with LONG HOSES! And yet they operate like HOMETOWN PEOPLE! I needed five rooms cleaned & cleaned well! Everything they promised was done very professionally! It’s very hot water and extraction at the same time! It deep cleans with steam & detergent. Then they added a scent that I chose as a deodorizer! About $ 95 for the whole house! I’m not sure if they would be this good & inexpensive in the big city where I live – but in Muncie, I promise you they were WONDERFUL for me!
