It’s rare that I would give a fast food restaurant five stars, but this Arby’s is an exception! The food here is always fresh and hot, buns are fresh and soft which is very unusual in fast food today. The people that work there are friendly and are always working when I’ve been there-unlike other fast food restaurants where you see employees standing around talking and acting indifferent. They also take names and deliver your food to your table. One of my big ‘pet peeves’ is dirty tables and floor, but this place is always clean, even when they are busy.

Meh. Had to stop for food so I did. The menu in the drive thru is too far away to make a selection. I know I am older but come on! I wanted to stop at Pita House but it was on the wrong side of the street. We tried the brisket sandwich and the old standby roast beef. They were both good. We still liked the roast beef better. The parking lot has seen much better days. Filled with pot holes. I hit one good as I was leaving the drive thru.

I go to a lot of fast food restaurants. I’m retired, and go out for lunch almost every day.(It gets me out of the house, and I get a little fresh air.) The food here is nothing more or less than typical Arby’s food, which is not a bad thing, IMO. This Arby’s is simply one of the best run fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I don’t base that on just a few visits. The franchisee is the Miracle Restaurant Group.

Super clean and service was fast and friendly. Everyone that walked out the door rang the bell to let everyone know they received good service. I’ll definitely be back to this store when my Arby’s craving strikes again.

Five stars for a fast food place? Well, yes — compared to others in the same class. The staff here is remarkably nice, very efficient, and they run a first class operation, unlike most fast food places. They still take your name if the food needs preparation time, and they usually will deliver it to your table if you aren’t waiting at the counter. Today they came around to the tables and passed out wrapped mints to everyone, then, later, some coupon books. Try the fish sandwich while it is «in season» — clearly the best of the type of all similar restaurants.

It’s your typical Arby’s. One of the fresher ones in the chicagoland area that I’ve been to. I’ve been there a lot as there is almost always a coupon and each time the food was fresh when I received it, unlike some of the other Arby’s I’ve been to where I’ve had them remake the curly fries because they were almost room temperature.

Arby’s does exist even out here in the sticks. If your driving down Townline its on the North side of the street, there are a bunch of pine trees blocking view of it, so you could pass it by without knowing. What an awkward location, 5,000 yards behind it one can find a Jewel supermarket. You’ll never find a rush during the lunch hour, free refills on refreshments and coffee. For some reason they often forget to put napkins in your bag. In the dining area napkins are available, I guess the associates assume you’ll get your own? I tried the new toasted sub, $ 5 for a combo meal. I had the turkey bacon club, it was actually good and I didn’t have any fast food side effects. The sandwich was a fresh alternative to the usual at Arby’s. But, the heaviness of the curly fries weighs you back down. Looking over the menu and talking with co-workers it’d be a shame if the economy got the best of Arby’s. Their pricing is too high. Without discounts and deals, I can’t see wanting to come here.
