Pizza Hut

I enjoy Pizza Hut mostly because of the stuffed crust. Nobody else offers it and it’s the only reason I rarely order from here. I have lost track the number of times I’ve had to call and ask why I’ve been waiting hours only to find out there was a mix up. I’d order here more if I could rely on the food making it in a reasonable amount of time even when there aren’t any mix ups.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in America. The management and staff consistently deliver orders late and incorrectly. This weekend, we ordered a pizza, it was incorrect… called the manager who told me I placed my online order wrong. Umm, no. let me read you what I place and go double check your order. She comes back, yes you did order that, would you like for me to send a replacement? Yes. We get the ‘new’ pizza and SOMEONE TAMPERED with it. The sauces WAS LOADED WITH RED PEPPER FLAKES to the point where my child was crying. Sent a note to corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ordered online on a Monday night. Ordered at 7:48PM…its 8:56PM right now and still waiting. Waiting to see what condition the pizza is in.

Pizza Hut pizza is pretty much mediocre anyway but they recently added a whole new menu along with the same old one. I decided to go with the stuff crust and tht wasn’t the problem. I ordered waffle fries for the kids cause what kid doesn’t like fries. Keep in mind I was sick so I had it delivered. I live less than a minute down the street from this location. The order was on time and the waffle fries had a great soggy under cooked texture to them. Horrible and that’s why I didn’t get the mozz sticks cause I feared them being under cooked. I’ll end up going here again but it’s getting further apart from each visit.

Horrible horrible horrible! We ordered on a Sunday night and were given a delivery time of 6:10. At 6:30 when we still had no food we called and they said they were behind. Our food finally arrived around 6:45. Both pizzas were cold and smashed. One pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The cheesey bread sticks were instead a slab of bread with cheese. There weren’t sliced and came with no marina sauce. We showed the driver and he basically said call the store and they will send you another pizza. We called the store and after being left on hold for 10 minutes they said they could give us store credit but were too busy to bring us another pizza. Tonight we tried to give them another chance and use our credit. When we called they had no record of our credit but after some back and forth allowed us to use it. They told us an hour for delivery, our pizza arrived an hour and 45 minutes later. Never again!

but the pizza wasn’t ready on time, not even close
they had banana peppers on the website so i clicked them but was told when handed the pizza that they do not stock them at this location
mushrooms were supposed to be on only half the pizza but they were on the whole pizza
pizza wasn’t cut all the way through so hard to seperate
wasn’t really very crispy just sort of meh
but the people at the counter were nice and seemed to be trying hard
but the people in the back seemed overwhelmed
i wanted to like this pizza cause i grew up with pizza hut thin and crispy… but not tonight

Used to be a full-​fledged restaurant on 1575 S Lake @ Mundelein. Now moved to this location as carry out only. Not sure if management is new but the service and pizza is better than the old location
