Worst service. Worst food. I was served a Big Mac that was literally rock hard. Like it was made days ago. I wish I was exaggerating, but it really happened.
Do your self a favor and go across the street to the Burger King. Their service is better as is their food. Any fast food restaurant in Munford/​Atoka would be a step up from this place. They really need to clean house and get some new management.

Food is not fresh. Orders seem to always be wrong. We stopped going after one of the workers cussed out my family. One manager fired the lady, but apparently the main manager hired her back. After speaking with one of the owners and had several managers, probably nosy workers, calling the women kept her job. I do not recommend here or any other McDonald’s owned by the same group. It proves they just want money not customer satisfaction.

Never ever ever gets the order right. Apparently when you tell them no big Mac sauce, that means three times the amount of big Macs sauce plus double everything else Place is normally dirty. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to grab a dessert. Last time I ate there, I got one item and Got deathly sick from it. I will never go back!

I don’t know why I even bother going here. Every time I’ve gone through the drive thru, I’ve been asked to wait for over 5 – 7 minutes for a simple order when the place isn’t even busy. Not to mention the fact that the staff there don’t know how to say hello, thank you, nothing…

Went through the drive thru with my grandkids and ordered 3 chocolate milks and a large Dr. Pepper and no ice. I ended up with the 3 chocolate milks and a large sweet tea with ice. Unfortunately, I had already drove off without a receipt. Really? Screwing up such an easy order?
